FRUIT CAKE 
1 lb. dates (16 oz.)
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple (8 oz.) cut up
4 c. broken pecans
1 c. Eagle Brand milk
1 c. flour

Mix fruit with 1/2 cup flour, then add remaining flour and nuts to fruit. Add milk and mix well. Pour into tube pan and garnish with whole cherries and nuts.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours then turn down to 300 degrees and bake for 1 hour; then reduce on down to 250 degrees and bake for 30 more minutes.
