CROUTON HOT DISH 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger, uncooked
1 c. diced celery
1 (7 oz.) box crouton stuffing
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 lb. (1/2 c.) butter
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion

Layer uncooked meat, then croutons (2 times) in a greased 9"x13" cake pan.

In a saucepan mix together butter, celery, onion and water; heat until butter melts. Pour over layered meat and croutons.

Blend soups and pour over the top. Bake 1 hour in a 350 degree oven. Turn oven off and let stand in oven 15 minutes longer. Makes 8 to 10 servings. Serve with hot buttered biscuits.
