2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
2 tbsp. beef bouillon granules
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Beat all the above in large mixer bowl on low speed. On lightly floured surface knead dough for 1 to 2 minutes. For dog roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. For cats roll to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut out with cookie cutter. Bake 45 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet or until brown at 300 degrees. Store in airtight container in cool, dry place.
