PENNSYLVANIA BLUEBERRY SALAD 
1 c. blueberries, canned
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
3 bananas, mashed
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped

Heat juice drained from blueberries and pineapple. Add gelatin, stirring constantly until thick. Fold in whipped cream. Return to refrigerator and congeal solidly. Serves 8 to 10.
