CHICKEN CHILI CASSEROLE 
8-9 corn tortillas
4-5 pieces of cooked & diced, chicken breasts & thighs
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
1 sm. can diced Ortega chilies
1 lb. shredded Jack cheese

Cut tortillas in bite-size pieces and soak in soup and broth mixture while cutting up chicken. Mix all ingredients together. Put cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbling.
