CHICKEN AND GREEN CHILIES 
1 can diced green chilies
1 chicken, cooked, skinned, cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. cumin powder
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. grated Longhorn (Cheddar)
1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack
1 lg. onion, diced
1 pkg. 12 corn tortillas (taco size), soft

Mix all ingredients except tortillas and cheese. Layer starting with 6 tortillas, 1/2 chicken mixture; repeat. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 8. Use 9 x 13 inch pan.
