MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1 med. Cool Whip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, water and oranges with juice. Bake in round cake pans for 35-40 minutes.

Frosting: Mix pineapple and instant pudding. Fold into Cool Whip. Frost cooled cake. Must be kept refrigerated. Garnish with orange slices or mandarin oranges.
