LIGHT HEARTED HOTCAKES | |
1 pkg. dry yeast 1 c. milk 1 tbsp. oil 1/4 c. warm water 1 egg 1 c. pancake mix Sprinkle yeast into warm water. Stir until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and beat with rotary beater until smooth. Grease griddle lightly. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto moderately hot griddle and turn when tops are covered with bubbles and edges are cooked. Turn only once. |
