MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 eggs
Vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
20 oz. crushed pineapple, undrained
Nuts, if desired

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 c. xxx sugar
Vanilla

Mix together.
