MOUNDS BARS 
3/4 c. hot mashed potatoes, flaked
4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 cake parawan wax
2 c. chocolate chips
4 c. coconut

Combine potatoes and sugar; add coconut. Chill until firm. Form into balls (or shape desired). Melt chocolate chips and wax in double boiler. Dip balls into chocolate mixture. Cool on wax paper. Yield: 100+ balls.
