MINT JELLY CANDY | |
2 c. sugar 3/4 c. water 3/4 c. water 2 env. Knox gelatin Put sugar and water in pan; bring to a boil. Dissolve gelatin in water. After first mixture boils, put gelatin in and boil 25 minutes without stirring. Pour in pan 9 x 9. Cut in squares and roll in granulated or powdered sugar to cool. Dips well. Anise - mint - wintergreen. 8 drops, or to taste. |
