SHORTBREAD COOKIES | |
3 sticks melted butter 1 1/4 c. brown sugar 4 c. plain flour Blend butter and brown sugar well (not good with butter). Add the flour to the mixture and blend well. Divide into 3 portions. Roll up in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 4 hours. To bake cut 1/4 inch pieces. Bake at 350 degrees until edges are light brown. (1/4 inch is important). My own cookie invention! |
