HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hash browns or potatoes O'Brien
1 onion (if using hash browns)
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. corn flakes

Mix all ingredients except for the corn flakes. Mix well, then place in a casserole dish. Place corn flakes on top. Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are done.
