KATIE'S CREAM CHEESE PIE | |
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crumb crust, baked and cooled 11 oz. cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla TOPPING: 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. sugar Soften cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in sugar and vanilla and beat until velvet smooth. Pour into crust and bake 20-25 minutes. Remove pie from oven and spread with topping mixture. Turn off oven and replace pie for 5 minutes. Chill and serve plain or with cherries, berries, etc. |
