GRANDPA WALP'S CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. finely minced onion
2 tbsp. finely minced ripe olives
1 c. cottage cheese
8 oz. dried beef
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Drain the cottage cheese (overnight if possible). Cut or shred the dried beef very finely. Set 2 ounces of the beef aside. Mix all remaining ingredients. Form the cheese mixture into a ball and roll in the reserved beef. Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours. Serve with your favorite crackers or raw vegetables.
