CAULIFLOWER AU GRATIN 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1/2 tsp. salt, optional
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. coarsely shredded Cheddar cheese

Place frozen cauliflower in 1 1/2 quart shallow baking pan; sprinkle salt. Combine soup and milk; blend well. Pour over cauliflower.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover. Mix bread crumbs, butter and cheese; sprinkle over cauliflower and bake 20 minutes longer. 6 servings.
