RHUBARB CAKE 
2 c. frozen rhubarb
1 c. sugar
3 oz. cherry or strawberry Jello
1 box yellow cake mix

Grease and flour long cake pan, then pour in rhubarb. Pour sugar over rhubarb, then cover with cake mix. Pour 1 1/2 cups water (make sure water covers all of cake mix). Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
