RHUBARB CAKE | |
5 c. rhubarb, chopped 1 c. sugar 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello 3 c. miniature marshmallows 1 white cake mix, made according to directions on box Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Put rhubarb in bottom of pan. Sprinkle sugar over top and then sprinkle dry Jello over that. Put marshmallows over sugar-Jello. Pour cake batter over top to cover other ingredients. Bake for 45 minutes. I always invert cake onto a cookie sheet for a pretty dessert for potlucks. A real favorite for men. |
