RHUBARB UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. sugar
3 c. sliced rhubarb
1/2 c. water
3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Prepare cake mix according to directions. Place marshmallows in bottom of well greased 9x13 pan. Pour cake mix over marshmallows.

Combine rhubarb, sugar and water in saucepan. Bring to boil. Remove from heat and stir in Jello. Pour over cake batter. Bake 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

When cool turn out onto platter and serve with Cool Whip.
