CHOCOLATE MINT PIE 
1 chocolate crumb crust, ready made
1 qt. chocolate chip mint ice cream
1 c. chocolate chips, milk chocolate or semi-sweet
2 c. chocolate fudge sauce
1 c. whipped cream
1 c. chocolate syrup

Fill chocolate crumb crust with half of the softened ice cream. Top ice cream with chocolate chips. Add remaining softened ice cream. Freeze pie until ready to serve. Just before serving top pie with fudge sauce and cut pie into eighths top each piece with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
