POLISH SAUSAGE STEW 
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 1/2 lbs. Polish sausage, cut in 2 inch pieces
4 med. potatoes, cubed
1 c. chopped onion
1 cut shredded Monterey Jack cheese

In crock pot combine the first six ingredients. Cover and cook 8 hours low or 4 hours high. Spoon off fat. Stir in cheese. Can also be fixed in the oven.
