SAUSAGE STEW 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. sausage or Kielbasa (turkey Kielbasa is very low in fat)
8 to 10 potatoes, peeled & cubed into 1 inch cubes
1 pkg. frozen vegetables (broccoli or corn works best)
2 bouillon cubes (any flavor) in 2 c. water

Cut kielbasa into bite-size pieces. Fry in deep pot or wok. When meat is cooked, add water and bouillon. Let simmer 5 minutes. Add potatoes and broccoli (or corn). Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. For more broth in stew, add more water, 1/2 cup at a time.

This was so tasty and easy! The only change I made was to thicken the broth with some Wondra flour. I also added some garlic and herb seasoning. This was a hit with my family!
