1 lb. kielbasa, sliced
2 c. cubed potatoes
1 onion, sliced
1 can cream of celery sop
1 can sauerkraut
1/4 c. brown sugar
Shredded Cheddar, Jack or Swiss cheese

Place all ingredients in crock pot (except cheese). Set on low heat and cook for 8 hours. Serve with cheese.
