CORNBREAD 
2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
1 1/4 c. milk

In black cast iron skillet, put enough Wesson oil to cover bottom of pan and place in 400 degree oven and heat until grease is hot. Mix above ingredients and add small amount of hot grease. Stir. Add mix to hot skillet and bake approximately 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
