FRUIT PIZZA 
2 pkgs. sugar cookie mix
2 (4 oz.) Cool Whip
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
7 or 8 strawberries
2 sm. cans crushed pineapple
2 kiwi
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges

Spray a 15 x 10 1 inch pan with Pam. Set aside.

Mix sugar cookies as per box. Spread cookie mixture on pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes; then reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake for another 10 minutes or until cookie is light brown. Do not overbake. Let cookie cool completely.

Drain juice from pineapple into a bowl and set juice aside. Dice kiwi and soak in pineapple juice for a few minutes. Dice strawberries. Cut orange wedges in half. Drain all fruit very well using paper towels. Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar until smooth.

Fold in whip cream and mix again with blender for about 1 minute until smooth again. Spread cream cheese mixture on cooled cookie. Spread fruit on top. Chill before serving. Serves about 20-25.
