WALNUT COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. soft butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. sour cream
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts

POWDERED SUGAR GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine butter and sugar; cream until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beat well after each egg. Stir in vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Add to creamed mixture, alternate with sour cream; mix well. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts, mixing well.

Spoon 1/3 batter into greased and floured into 10 inch tube pan or bundt pan; sprinkle 1/3 of nut mixture. Repeat layers twice. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes; place on serving dish and drizzle with glaze.
