16 oz. ziti or rigatoni 1 qt. spaghetti sauce 8 oz. Mozzarella or Italian-style cheese, shredded Cook pasta according to directions on package. Heat the spaghetti sauce and keep warm while the pasta cooks. When pasta is done, drain and place in any large casserole dish or baking pan. Add the spaghetti sauce and stir. Sprinkle the cheese over the top. Place under a broiler until the cheese bubbles; this will be just a very short time. Be careful not to burn the cheese. Remove and serve. |
