BAKED ZITI 
1 lb. box ziti noodles
1 (32 oz.) jar marinara sauce
1 lb. mild Italian sausage
1 (15 oz.) ricotta cheese
1 egg
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. chopped parsley

Chop Italian sausage and brown. Add marinara sauce and simmer for 1/2 hour. Mix ricotta cheese with 1 egg, Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.

In 3-quart or 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half of noodles, half of ricotta mixture and half of sauce. Repeat. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
