ROTEL POTATOES 
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 can of water
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 stick butter
10 to 12 small potatoes, peeled and sliced

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix Ro-Tel tomatoes, Cheddar cheese soup, mushroom soup, water, salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture over potatoes in a greased baking dish. Place butter on top and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft when stuck with fork.
