CURRIED ONION PIE 
1/3 c. butter
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder
2 med. onions
3 tbsp. oil
1 c. milk
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
3 eggs, beaten
1 lg. frozen pie crust

Melt butter and mix with bread crumbs, wheat germ, salt, and 1/2 teaspoon curry powder. Line pie shell with mixture; reserve some for topping.

Next, saute onions in oil until clear. Mix with milk, beaten eggs, cheese, salt, and remaining curry. Put in pie shell and sprinkle with remaining topping. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
