CURRIED ONIONS 
1 can or 1 jar cooked onions
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. curry powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 bouillon cubes dissolved in 2 tbsp. water
Parmesan cheese

Drain onions. Combine the butter, flour, and milk to make a thin white sauce. Add the curry powder, cayenne, paprika, and bouillon cubes. Place in casserole and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes uncovered. I love these. Serves 4.
