CHICKEN NUGGETS 
3 whole chicken breasts
1 egg
1/2 c. water
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 c. flour
1 qt. corn oil

Skin and bone breasts and cut into 1 x 1 1/2 inch pieces. Beat egg slightly and add water, salt, sesame seeds, and flour; stir. Pour oil into a heavy, flat- bottomed 3 quart saucepan or deep fryer. Heat to 375 degrees. Dip chicken pieces into batter; drain. Carefully add chicken to oil, 1 layer at a time. Fry 3 to 5 minutes or until golden. Drain. Serves 6.
