CARROT BARS 
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Bake in two 9 x 13 inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. butter
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix well and spread over cooled bars. This recipe can be refrigerated for several days.
