1 pkg. yellow cake mix, Pillsbury Plus
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 c. honey
3/4 c. strong coffee
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. orange peel, fresh, 1 tsp. dry
1 tbsp. lemon peel, fresh, 1 tsp. dry
3 eggs
1/2 c. slivered almonds (optional)

Grease and flour 12 cup tube or bundt pan. Sprinkle with almonds if desired. Set oven at 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients in mixer. Beat until well blended, about 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan and bake for about 1 hour. Cool upright, 15 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Dust with confectioners' sugar.
