HOT CHICKEN SUPREME | |
3 whole chicken breasts, cooked and diced 1 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. milk 1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted 1/4 c. chopped pimiento (or red bell pepper) 2 tbsp. dry sherry, optional 2 tsp. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind 1 (3 oz.) can Chinese noodles Combine all ingredients except noodles, mix well. Spoon mixture into a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole and top with the noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. |
