RHUBARB PIE 
2 c. rhubarb
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
Pie crust, for a two crust pie

Prepare pie crust, put the bottom crust in pie plate.

Cut rhubarb into two inch pieces. Sift the flour and sugar and add to the beaten egg. Pour over and stir together with the rhubarb. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 35 minutes more.
