2 c. milk
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick soft butter
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
Pinch of salt

Place ingredients in blender for 30 seconds - NO MORE. Pour into 9 inch well greased pie pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 minutes. Turn off oven. Open door and leave pie in until it is completely cool before slicing.
