MOCK CHOP SUEY 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, diced
Pepper to taste
1/2 c. Minute rice
1 can cream of chicken
1/2 c. milk
6 stalks celery, cut
Salt to taste
Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushroom
5 oz. chow mein noodles

Brown beef and drain. Add remaining ingredients, except noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spread chow mein noodles over top and cook for 30 minutes more.
