PINEAPPLE CREAM 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. Log Cabin syrup
1 c. whipping cream or Dream Whip
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped dates
1 1/2 c. diced pineapple, drained well

Whip whipping cream or Dream Whip really stiff. In another bowl, beat cheese and syrup. Add to cream mixture; fold in nuts, dates, pineapple. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Serve on lettuce leaf topped with a maraschino cherry. Makes 8 servings.
