SNOW PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 rounded tbsp. cornstarch
Pinch of salt
2 egg whites
1 c. boiling water
Vanilla
Whipped cream

Mix dry ingredients; add boiling water gradually, stirring all the time. Boil until it thickens. Remove from heat. Fold in egg whites, beaten stiff and add vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell and chill. Cover top of pie with whipped cream after hardening in refrigerator.
