SPAGHETTI SQUASH 
1 large spaghetti squash
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 lb. seasoned sausage or hamburger (cooked ground)
1/2 cup onion (yellow)
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 to 2 cups mozzarella cheese

Split squash and steam until done, let cool. Take a fork and shred out the filling of the squash into a baking dish. Add the sauce, meat and onion. Season, mix well and cover with cheese.

Bake in oven at 350°F until hot through and cheese is browning slightly.

You can cook the squash a day or so before actually having it for dinner.
