BUTTER CREAM FROSTING 
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

In a small saucepan, cook milk and flour until very thick. Cool. Cream butter, Crisco, sugar and vanilla. Add to cooled mixture. Use an electric mixer and beat 3-4 minutes until it looks like whipped cream.
