HOT FRUIT DISH 
1 lb. can sliced or chunked pineapple, drained
1 lb. can pears, drained
1 lb. can peaches, drained
1 lb. can apricots, drained
1 lb. can seedless grapes, drained
1 lb. jar spices apple rings
1 sm. can mandarin oranges (optional)
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sherry

Melt butter in saucepan. Add sugar, flour, and sherry. Stir constantly over very low heat until thick, about 5 minutes. Arrange fruit in a 2-3 quart casserole dish. Pour the thickened sauce over fruit and lightly stir. Heat at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot. Can be made the day before and reheated. Serves 10-12. Good with chicken, turkey, or ham.
