RICE PUDDING 
1 c. rice
1 qt. water
Pinch salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 cans evaporated milk
Cinnamon

Wash rice, add water and salt. Simmer until done. Add butter and vanilla. Take 1 cup sugar, add 2 eggs, beat well. Add 1 can evaporated milk and beat. Repeat above with other can. Add rice slowly. Stir well. Put on stove until it comes to a boil. Remove and sprinkle with cinnamon.
