RIPE TOMATO RELISH UNCOOKED 
1 peck tomatoes
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped onion
4 large chopped red bell peppers
1 small finely chopped, hot pepper
1/4 c. salt
1/4 c. mustard seed
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. paprika
2 c. sugar
2 qt. vinegar

Peel and chop tomatoes and put in colander to drain. Add other ingredients to drained tomatoes and mix well. Boil sugar and vinegar and pour over tomatoes. After jars are filled and sealed boil jars in hot water for 10 minutes.
