SWEET 'N' SOUR RED CABBAGE 
1/2 head small red cabbage, shredded
2-3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1+ tbsp. granulated sugar
2-3 strips bacon, diced, cooked and drained
Salt and pepper to taste

Toss all ingredients and let sit in refrigerator for approximately 1 hour before serving. Toss before serving. Serves 5-6.
