HEALTH FOOD MUFFINS | |
2 c. Bisquick baking mix 1 c. whole bran cereal 3 tbsp. wheat germ 2 tbsp. sugar 1 egg 2/3 c. milk 2 tbsp. molasses Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix all ingredients; beat vigorously 1/2 minute. Fill 12 greased (bottoms only) medium muffin pans 2/3 full. Excellent, served hot from the oven with honey. |
