BAR-B-Q CUPS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. minced onion
1 can biscuits
2 tbsp. Bar-B-Q sauce
Velveeta cheese

Brown hamburger; drain. Add brown sugar, barbeque sauce and onion. Open the can of biscuits and press into cupcake pan on the bottoms and up the sides. Fill with the hamburger mixture and top with Velveeta cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, or until biscuits are brown. This also works well in a pie pan.
