BARBECUE MEATBALLS 
1 can evaporated milk
3 lbs. ground chuck
2 c. quick rolled oats
2 eggs
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder

Mix and shape into balls the size of walnuts. Place in flat pan - one layer and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

SAUCE:

2 c. catsup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. onion, chopped

Dissolve and mix. Put meatballs in crock pot and pour sauce over. Heat and serve. Fills a crock pot. You can freeze them and you can cut recipe in half if you wish.
