FRUIT & BUTTERMILK SHAKES 
Preparation time: 5 minutes each. Yields: 1.

PEACH BUTTERMILK SHAKE:

1 lg. ripe peach, peeled, pitted
1 lg. scoop vanilla ice cream
1 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

PINEAPPLE BUTTERMILK SHAKE:

1 c. buttermilk
2 lg. scoops vanilla ice cream
3/4 c. crushed pineapple or 1 c. fresh pineapple & 1 tsp. sugar
1 ripe banana, peeled (opt.)

ORANGE BUTTERMILK SHAKE:

1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. light brown sugar, packed
1 scoop vanilla ice cream

1. For each shake, combine all ingredients in a blender container.

2. Whirl for 20 to 30 seconds or until blended. Small chunks of fruit may be left in the drink.

3. Pour into a chilled glass. Serve immediately.

TIPS: For an extra cold drink, add 2 or 3 ice cubes or a scoop of crushed ice when blending each shake.
